seems like the investors in the area are far and few on this platform. 

I use it on all bookings, on and off platform because they don't ask the guest to pay the damages which avoids potentially strained interactions and therefore retaliation reviews.

I personally know it's making it difficult for me to move forward with considering the Wealthability platform even though I have gone through your other written material, as well as the Wealthability podcast which I also enjoy. 

While MLS remains the primary platform for on-market deals, the majority of deals I encounter originate from off-market sources, often through wholesale channels.

You want to see the deals they get and move before they go to those platforms. 

The radio station said they can do ads and list us on their socials starting at $450 per spot but it's for 1 ad. . then there is are listing platforms but thats like $399/mo.

Baselane is a banking and bookkeeping platform build specifically for real estate investors by real estate investors so I find that it provides everything I need and nothing I don't.

We subscribe to a market research platform called Yardi which only provides information on multifamily properties 50 units and larger so if you are invested in a property that is 50 units or more, I would happy to provide quick "back of the napkin" valuation and methodology.
