I am pursuing a bachelors degree in nursing and am on track to graduate in May of 2014.I have no real estate experience except from what I have picked up from reading and listening.

I've been living on the road for the past 9 months with my long time girlfriend who is a travel nurse.  

As far as my wife's income goes, like I said in the original post she will be taking a part time nursing job, taking over for her aunt at our small town clinic on MWF, and helping out with family and our future investments on her off days.

Luckily now if I really wanted to thanks to our newly elected (in trouble) Governor I can challenge the boards for an LPN's license.But I don't want nursing.

Before RE I was and still am a CEO for a nursing school in Orlando, Fl, but I am new to the world of RE itself.

I also lack the funds to pay for any date, my nursing home only allows me $999.00 a month and I can't party on that!

Its like Airbnb for traveling nurses. 

I am currently a nurse and have held various leadership positions in the past.

I have a background in nursing and transitioned into real estate to fulfill a lifelong passion.
