Hello from Danville, Pa

I have been reading/creeping on bigger pockets for a while now. As well as listening to the pod casts put out. SO much great information, thanks!

A little about myself; I am a 22 year old college student at Pennsylvania College of Technology. I am pursuing a bachelors degree in nursing and am on track to graduate in May of 2014.

I have no real estate experience except from what I have picked up from reading and listening. I plan to actively follow many of the posts in here to gain as much knowledge as possible. I have a friend with a few rental properties who has agreed to let me pick his brain as much as I would like.

My goal is to purchase my first rental by the time I graduate in May of 2014 that will cash flow $300 per month. I then hope to purchase one per year. I will re-evualate my long term goals once I have 5 properties. My reason for desiring to enter real-estate is to give me more financial freedom and flexibility as well as the opportunity to one day hopefully be my own boss.

Again, I appreciate all of the great information coming from this site!
