Will having money fix that issue?

that is more a RV park. the MBH parks down here. we typically own the land, lot, and trailers. there is a reason but long story short, if i just own the lot and they dont pay the fee. i do not have the biggest teeth to push the need for my money. but if i own it all, my experience says it is a better path

Any general advice is much appreciated.50k is more than enough money, the biggest question at 22 is are you ready to buy a property and be kind of locked in for 3-5 years.

Making money and keeping money are not the same thing. 

Does this strategy utilizing HELOC really work on saving money and paying off mortgages much quicker?  

We all assume this isn’t a house you’d buy with your own money.

I'm not sure if that would bring in enough money but it would certainly make things easier financially speaking while you built up your real estate portfolio. 

That will allow you to better place your money in areas you know can succeed whether it be in the arbitrage or ownership space.

You indeed have to spend that much money.

Many would suggest against RE investing using retirement money but if you go into low risk opportunities it can be a powerful diversification method.
