I don't know what company you're with and I'm not trying to say that one is better than the other, but I'm going to be working with Keller Williams, and I'm very excited because they provide SO much valuable training for new licensee's, and I have heard that most real estate companies do not do this, in which case I would be up a creek lol.

A real estate sales license does not enable that licensee in CA to create or facilitate loan docs.Lastly, what if the buyer fails to perform, causes damage to the home, and you end up going over a year without monthly payments (which in CA can easily take place, ask me how I know!).

Heck, in most jurisdictions you need a license to cut hair when you start offering services to the public.The fact is, generally, within any specific RE office, Sales or PM, only the licensees can perform those RE activities.
