I was curious if anyone wanted to network in the West Palm Beach/Treasure Coast area.

Hey guys, I am finally to a point where I want to get the wheels turning and take a stab at wholesaling and potentially utilizing the BRRR method.I am currently in the Treasure Valley in Idaho and am hoping there are some locals on here that have had success that would like to share their story.

It took the city clerk in the treasurers office, 3 receptionists, and the court clerk before we were able to submit my appeal and the $100.00 fee. 

I was involved in an association similar problems with siding and roofing and as a board member and treasurer twice I sold just to remove myself from the aggravation of it all.

So, from my fuzzy memory, if I didnt get my sequence wrong, I set up a LLC first and obtain an EIN... then with the EIN, authorise IRS (perhaps via an agent) to issue u an ITIN for me to pay tax on.
