Really looking to connect with someone who has experience buying a house at a foreclosure auction. If you did it in Michigan, even better. Found a house coming up for auction soon and the whole process and what happens after the auction day is a little confusing for me. Any help would be gladly appreciated

@Donovan Clock

You have to talk with the county folks "https://tr.ingham.org/departme..."

Most of the time you have to make the payment at the end of the business day for the property you bit to purchase.

Then you have a title company or attorney to do the Quiet title process.

After this, you can renovate and rent or sell or do what fits your real estate needs
