Getting Started at 18 in South Florida

Hi, My name is Brian and I am 18 years old and currently a business student in South Florida. I am working full time, saving up to purchase my first property in about two years while I get my two years of tax returns. In the meantime I have been increasing my credit score, saving up money, getting knowledgeable in this craft, and trying to network. I have zero debt. I was curious if anyone wanted to network in the West Palm Beach/Treasure Coast area. I want to be mentored by someone and learn more about real estate investing. I am specifically very interested in rental properties, house-hacking, and flips. I would appreciate it if anyone reached out! -Brian
