Can anyone elaborate or share your experiences on this?

I would appreciate you sharing your experience. 

Water is now leaking through the ceiling into my tenant's unit, and it's worsening with every rain also the neighboring unit has sever water damage (like a pool inside and it is owned by the HoA) and water from it leaking very dirty water from the shared wall to mine.

I am thrilled to join this community as I embark on my journey into the world of real estate investing while I’m new to this field, I am able to learn connect with experienced investors and share my progress along the way.

Any wisdom to share here?

If so would you be willing to share your experience - how it worked, how long it took, how you decided what type of zoning to ask for, etc.

The implication that anyone who pays for college education, or works at a 9 -5 job is stupid  Keep in mind it seems most guru's also lived in their moms garage and were broke until they found this super secrect system that they are now willing to share with you for the low low price of   :)
