My name is Felicia. I am thrilled to join this community as I embark on my journey into the world of real estate investing while I’m new to this field, I am able to learn connect with experienced investors and share my progress along the way. My interests includes but is not limited to co-listing Airbnb, short term, medium term or long term rental properties just to include a few. I’m currently in the research phase for obtaining my first property, and I am looking to gain insight on market trends, investment strategies, and project management.
