A balanced, stable approach often wins out in the long run.

You’re paying big money to target people who explicitly want to hold on to their homes, all in the hope of convincing them to sell.

If you win, it's because they wanted you to win and they bid you up. yup I used to be one of those characters.. 

They saved up money.

It's a challenging market but I say if you can pay less then you currently are renting then it's a win.

During the peak season you have to make your money when the slow season is so much less.I do have events where the prices are expected to be high due to supply and demand.I do see some of the dynamic pricing days as being rediculous and your going to miss out on the early bookers looking for a fair price.

As a side note, FDIC insurance protects depositor money, not debt.

I assume any painter / handyman doing your turnover could do that kind of touch up in almost no time for almost no money.
