This is decent advice for every day folks who choose to live paycheck to paycheck, or who can't summon the will power to save or invest, let alone take the risks of starting their own business.

People who consistently look for short cuts will do this throughout life, as they don't have the will power and internal drive to grind it out a bit to learn a process.

though it sounds easy, I'm aware it takes tons of willpower, due diligence to make sure the numbers are correct and not to mention the controversy surrounding it over the ethics and morality no matter if it's technically legal or not.

If they had the money, time, and will power to split, they would have done so.

A probate action would be required, giving the heirs or whomever was named in the will powers to sell the real property.

In reality, I would say sunny days will be 70-80%of the time depending on where one lives at, thus you will need more panels.When I did a payback calculation a year ago I used $0.13/kW cost.As a builder I can confirm that one can get much better return if a person builds a very well insulated house, insulates foundation and slab, installs LED lighting than wasting money on solor panels.The cost of installation and the cost of the panels should be 3 times lower than the cost is now to be attractive for homeowners or builders.However, I'm building a house now that will have several solor panels that will power up the furnace if there is an interruption of electrical service so people could stay warm in winter in sunny Minnesota
