My situation may be a little more complicated than a regular rehab because I am hoping to enlarge the width footprint of the back of the house toward an existing 3’ wide walkway/alley that provides rear access to the houses perpendicular to me on the cross street.

Hi Mike,If it were mine, I'd paint the house white (because that might make it look a little bigger) with a conservative blue trim.I'd cut the tree branches above the windows on the tree in front of the house.Put some nice new house numbers on it, trim the shrubs and do something with the sidewalk, possibly pavers like in the pic below (if the neighborhood was appropriate for it--if not probably pour a new walkway).

THEY ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE ... which is where most have issue with using a credit card... instead hoping to defer rent to a later date and then walk-way before their balance is brought current or rather hope to just have their balance ‘disappear’... so really there is only one question on the table left to ask...Why aren’t you able to use your Credit Card to pay your rent again?

Sorry for the odd title and description but it is hard to ask this question with few words.I own a power washing business and I mostly wash walkways, sidewalks breezeways, etc and I have tried to get into doing jobs for the big apartment complexes here in Phoenix and I have gotten a few but not many.

The inspector determined the slope of the cement walkway outside was toward the house, and needed to be changed otherwise water would pool up there when raining.Good luck!

On the 3rd floor the tenants will be moving out by the end of the month and it looks like a perfect place to start an Air BNB, Nice view, private walkway, 2 bedroom, kitchen etc.

So I did all the cosmetic changes with nice high-end finishes, with a brand new roof, landscaping, paved walkways and stairs etc to bring the house to where it will command the target market-price.
