Obtaining a permit for AirBnB in central Oahu
Aloha, our family currently owns a multi-complex in central Oahu, the whole house is being rented out. On the 3rd floor the tenants will be moving out by the end of the month and it looks like a perfect place to start an Air BNB, Nice view, private walkway, 2 bedroom, kitchen etc.
I just have a few concerns with starting an air bnb and ive been doing my research on the new laws that are coming up. If anyone has any tips or suggestions on if I should even try to obtain a permit and if its worth it?
