I have VAs involved in guest booking, editing, and a few other jobs in the podcast.

We have VAs that will actually will advertise the properties in addition to the PM to keep the turnover at a minimum.

Automation is key, without it you will either overspend in marketing or kill yourself with the mountain of time and VAs required.

I would start with the bases or VAs to see if they would like to be educated on that process and the housing benefits out there for vets.There are also many meetups and groups around our state and especially in central KY for investors if you would like to join.

Some va"s do cold calls, some do admin, etc.

For all VAs for cold calling, you want to have a conversation before hiring and also have them cold call you once.
