Pet damage is NOT considered normal wear and tear.While I'm not certain this would hold up if challenged, it has scared a few who asked if they could get a puppy or new dog mid-lease into just moving at lease end to somewhere that allows puppies or untrained dogs.

not sure how long you have been looking or driving thru them, but until you start looking at them all the time, to the untrained eye they can all look trashy or bad, based on stigmas....or in this case all of them could be trashy and in bad areas.
