Since current tenant still there, owner will have to pay for new tenant's housing in a hotel plus temp storage of their belongings, etc.

Many times electric baseboard is sized to maintain temperature, but not enough to allow the temperature to be lowered during the day when people leave home and to bring it up to temp when they come home.

Any leads towards a lender that would help us  with a temp CO would be appreciated.

Take the job market, which has been critical to the economy’s resilience - hours worked, hiring and quit rates, and temp jobs are all down.

Everything seems so expensive 1million + around Tempe which is near ASU ..to be honest  im not trying to go that deep.

If you sat in the basement or even main level I swear, within 60 minutes - with heater set at same temp (74).....you'd go from feeling warm, to really feeling cold.    

Yeah, they're a bit chunky and could get noisy, but tenants love controlling their room temp. 

Also Pete makes a great point to use the 1% as a quick temp test.
