My main concern would be future guests (esp those with pet allergies) giving me 1-star bc they couldn’t stop sneezing all week while on vacation at my place & now they’re pissed at me that I let a prior guest have a petI guess if you’re gonna allow pets make it clear in the listing so people with pet allergies don’t stay there and give you unexpected 1 star reviews

You may be refinancing into a higher rate environment, for one, and you (actually presumably your tenants) are paying down the loan and making you money at the 30 year rate which is pretty good right now. 7% or so ain’t nothing to sneeze at as part of your return. and if we are bumping along the ceiling in terms of prices the extra margin might make a difference.
