Call the management company and tell them that you've been doing some cosmetic work that is not touching any common area or utilities and does not require a permit.

My experience with clients utilizing the large firms is high priced packages that are often more robust than the client's needs at that point. 

My monthly payment for my house with utilities is around $3000 because of interest rates.

It could be owning multiple single-family homes, an apartment complex, or both.

Still up to me to properly utilize it and get the deals contracted.
