If anyone has advice for someone in my shoes moving to the Salt Lake County/Utah county area and possibly the city of Logan, It would be much appreciated.

But if you’re considering moving, I have to say I’m a fan of Dallas.

A financial advisor or real estate pro could help you map it all out more concretely.If I were in your shoes, I'd probably lean towards selling and reinvesting into some more diverse assets, or just more properties, but that's just me. 

If I were in your shoes, I’d seriously consider selling the $650K property.

All for a sign as long as the property looks occupied...leave shoes near the front door, have exterior lighting, and at least a RING camera. 

When somebody asks for advice, I always try to put myself in their shoes and understand who they are and what their objectives are so I tried to do that with you with the little amount of info I could garner from your profile.

But the IRS has made it clear that they are leary of these and not big fans.  

I have sold a couple of businesses as well, and speaking from experience, you are never more vulnerable to make a mistake than when you are sitting on a giant pile of cash.Also, I agree with @Corey Conklin - I'm a big fan of "overflow cities/towns" in the sun belt.

HI @Ananth SubramanianI have not been in your shoes but have read others that have and from what it sounds like getting the judgement is the easy part and physically collecting the $$ from the tenants is the hardest most impossible part.

Inside of drawers, ceiling fans, vents, cobwebs on the porch, etc..
