Just got to be patient with it all, it's not rocket science but the patience aspect is the toughest for most.

We don't recommend that but were watching closely more fore science :)  The automation with Turno and Schlage encodes is by far the biggest help plus it gets a little discount on the property consolidation with Pricelabs. 

With or without science, my experience is valid enough for me and has and will continue to influence where and how I invest in Real Estate.

Its not rocket science, find a prop lock it up, find a buyer. just know what the reno will be 

And maybe all of this technology is not an exact science.
