His recommendation is a good temporary solution to see if more settling occurs then take measures.1.  

I refused to settle and the Investor would never come for depo and the law firm got a massive sanction  against them.

But, unemployment, as measured by the US Census is unlikely to explode.

Using this to measure cash flow and a few other metrics seems to make most properties I run numbers for very good opportunities.

To me the measure of success (10K calls vs $100K) is how many of those calls resulted in a sale?
