The risk of building a hotel a half mile away wouldn't be as risky as it would have been when you were just hearing rumors about the amusement park.

I have heard rumors of the property owners wanting to sell the property, what would it take for a buyer to come forward before the property lists?

Hi all,I've heard a rumor that in the current market we are in there are lenders offering loans at 3 - 5% down with no PMI associated with the loan.

This was rumored and followed for 20 years.

So I do my best to help dispel this rumor.

We have seen historic numbers in leasing to date (we rented out almost 40 homes last month and are on pace to lease out almost 500 homes this year)What investors are doing and what we might doselling - i already covered this above but it may be a good time to sell, especially with the rumors of changes to capitol gains laws.buy - a few clients of mine think things will just get worse and prices will go higher and are buying all they can now before it goes even crazierwait - i am in this group.
