How to go about seeking a buyer for a potential property for sale

Good morning!

How would one go about seeking a buyer for a property that is not yet for sale?

I work in a building who’s previous tenants went bankrupt at the start of COVID, but the tenants currently in place would like to stay. I have heard rumors of the property owners wanting to sell the property, what would it take for a buyer to come forward before the property lists?

The property is essentially a big warehouse in LA set up with lots of woodworking and metalworking equipment inside, which the current tenant uses.

Find out who the owner (LLC) is in public records and then find out who the actually person is that owns that LLC. Reach out to them and start a dialogue.
