Seems to be a re-occurring problem for me.. 

I surely hope it's not going to be reoccurring. 

Here is what information Nathan provided for us on a location for this months meeting.So I checked with the powers that be at Chapman, and I could get a room that would hold up to 50 people in the residence halls for a one-time event, but it wouldn't be able to be re-occurring.

In the "Payments" section under the rental address it lists the reoccurring date that the tenant selected. 

The whole idea is the cash money is residual, and always reoccuring, while the baseball cards are a complete draw of luck based on market factors, and performance, and are only as valuable in the future as people value them, as well as based on the concept if you can even find a buyer to buy them.The same is with the housing market.What a house is worth today mayis not indicative of what it will be worth 20 years from now.

Of course Taxes and Insurance reoccur, impact cash flow, and are included :)Costs from COE can be written off in the year of purchase.

Yeah the reoccurring auto debit bank account transfers is one huge key to scaling in my opinion.  

If not, no worries as it's become sort of a reoccurring monthly event so there'll be more in the future.

However when you get to a point to sell, Cap Ex is not a normal reoccurIng expens, therefore not factored in to NOI when computing a value. 

Other than selling stock options we have not invested in equities per se for over 30 years.But it's amusing to listen to 'friends', (who have often ridiculed our REI endeavors), desperately seeking solace & hoping their 401(k)'s etc recover from these reoccurring & inevitable pullbacks so they can still AFFORD retirement????
