There is also a huge amount of strategic and legal expertise across many states in getting non-performing notes to “re-perform” and be sold, perhaps to someone like you.Performing loans don’t require anywhere near the same amount of work or expertise but typically involve a lot more capital per loan.

I will provide more information later.The two main setups are:1- Holding company in Wyoming if I want Charging Order Protections advantages, then a Series LLC in Kansas holding my Kansas RE and another Series LLC in Missouri holding my RE in Missouri.2- Holding company in Wyoming if I want Charging Order Protections advantages, then form as many LLCs as I want inside of it, one per rental or one LLC per 2 o 3 rentals.Fees are pretty reasonable and the same as they disclosed before the appointment, on their website or youtube videos.

it's true the SFH or small multifamily rentals barely will pencil anywhere these days for a couple of years now even though it's the best way to really learn RE investing as a beginner.

It’s inconceivable to me how someone with a RE broker license, a CCIM, and a plethora of Series Securities Registrations can think that the property tax valuation would be reassessed at a LOWER value after knowing that the subject property and neighbor properties were being sold for record prices with each recent sale.

Charge them for when you believe would be a tenant charge and re-consider if/when they appeal.
