When I queried a used car dealer in Jackson MS about how he can sell used cars with 100 down 100 a month..

In your situation, I'd be making sure anything you buy doesn't directly affect your educational processes, but always remember, it's a business, and any business needs attention - even your Property manager will require a portion of your time (maybe 30-60 minutes per month) - answering emails regarding maintenance, querying invoices, etc!

If you are comfortable with those you used to work with, then learn what you can from them, all the while looking for your own potential deals that you can query with them too.

Redfin has the ability to search "remarks" (which my understanding are specific remarks agents can enter in to a variety of different fields, but doesn't query the description) under the Home Facts in their filter.Thank you again for the help.

Who is compelled to help to help someone who can't seem to frame his query well and tells his would-be responders that he already knows the answer? 

Just find a broker that does not charge a desk fee/monthly fee.Another option is to have your agent set you up with multiple queries - you can go for very specific or just make them very generic.

If not reach out and query with them all you concerns.
