Should I?
I am considering buying rental properties, however I would like to keep going to school. Within the next year I should be able to transfer out to a university where I'll hopefully get into a Nursing program. Will buying a rental property now affect my schooling? And if so In what way?
Be a pal and help me out please 😊

if you can afford to buy rental properties you should consider it. If you can add on management costs then you should do it.
Go and speak to a realtor explain your situation and see how much a hands off investment will really cost you.
If the figures work right now go for it, if not wait.
Good luck
