Legislate pre-paid annual policies only?

I probably wouldnt have a debit card to it either.....

Mine are 5% of loan balance if prepaid within 1 year, 3% within 2 years, 1% within 3 years. 

Cash App to the tenant is a debit card payment.

In NYC and Houston, we haven't had much success with securing prepaid bookings from insurance companies. 

I also control the bank account so I see every check that gets cut and every debit card purchase.  

@Nicolas DupuisIt will depend on the lender and if there are leases in place they can usually use 75% of that income against your debit to income.

Here is what the law states:Under the ACH rules, the customer's bank is obliged to refund the debits without question, as long as the request was received within 60 days from the NACHA transaction date

The closing costs would be 19k with 5k in prepaids, with 14k in closing costs including broker fees.
