I would bet the solution lies in your answers to those last three questions.

In my experience, the good ones are expensive, typically require a subscription, and sometimes they even do a physical inspection of your premises to verify it is a legitimate person / business in US.

agree .. other wise its just the bottom feeders looking to take his equity from him  with couching it as a rescue.. his best bet it to sell if its owner occ the profit is tax free .. regroup and start over.. 

Many other investors have asked themselves (and others this question) but what I believe it ultimately comes down to is what are your goals (how much money you'd like to make), are you physically able to manage it yourself and do you have the right organization and systems in place to do it on your own. 

There's likely some good lessons he's learned that you may heed I'm not betting against you, but it seems like it could be a massive problem snowballing in the future.

Unless you are unknowledgable, my bet is you could make more from rent than sale, and still have the benefits of owning the original home while you go do something else.The 25K you have left in property will be netting you(gross) of $350 mo or 4200 per year.

Why, because of the main stable coins, it is the only one on of the largest exchanges, Binance, will NOT do a 1:1.So, you're best bets would be those like USDC, TUSD, GUSD, BUSD.

I bet you heard but the market around those areas are booming right now, especially since it is a buyers market, it gives you an advantage to get better deals from sellers while people are continously moving there, especially for jobs like tech, logistics, etc. 

If they have money and can compete on pricing, brokers will be the best bet.
