Included in our rent invoice each month was a photocopy of the current water and sewer bill; the owner would pay it, but then when we'd write the rent check each month, the check would be for the rent plus whatever amount was billed for the water/sewer.

I saw Jason (primo coach) send out in one of his email newsletter things, that he photocopied handwritten letters similar to yellow letters.I just sent out 25 today, photocopied onto yellow paper, and I hand wrote the address of the property on the letter, and hand addressed invitation style envelopesYou can tell its photocpied if you look, but at first glance it looks pretty good.I am wondering what success people have with this?
