In 2018, we had a property turn and the net cost to you out of pocket was around $500 (costs to repair minus the security deposit that was returned to you.)

As for the 5 year annualized, that’s a number we get from the bigger pockets rental analyzer.

I figured lowest money out of pocket was the best way to go, and in this case FHA would provide the lowest downpayment.

NOMAD wants to rent my house with a Master Lease where they pay me the rent and then sublet to occupants who pay them.
