We've done a few of these in the past. 

The rental market in Phoenix has seen significant rent increases over the past few years, which has led to affordability challenges for many renters. 

Keep in mind these cities become hot because of past data, not future.

In the past 10 years, Ocala has greatly improved the employment base, adding tons of logistics and distribution jobs on top of the medical, service and equestrian jobs that we have always had.
