Where can I find land investors

I have a lot in a nice community in Gouldsborough that I have not been able to sell. I have posted my listing routinely to sites such as Facebook, Craigslist, Zillow and Land Search but still have not been able to find a buyer for the lot. I was wondering if anyone knew how I can connect with or market to investors who specifically purchase land/ lots?
