You are probably thinking your a great client for the agent because your thinking they see you as a long term income stream as you plan to buy many houses but think about it, when you tell someone you will buy houses for 70% or less of their current value they are thinking "Yea no s***, so would everybody else, so would I, what do I need this guy for?"

This is going to happen more than once, you just have to push through all of the NOs to get to your ultimate yes.One suggestion if possible.... shorten the time between the verbal yes, and the signed offer.

If all you get are NOs, ask the bankers for specifics why you were turned down and them begin to remedy those and try again.

I am hands on, I am accessible day and night, weekends, etc .I do not give up when an underwriter says NO , I love a challenge, nothing more fulfilling than to be able to get 1  YES when you have gotten 10 NOs  .I look forward to using this community to build relationships and referrals.
