It's not a way I market and farm for deals because it takes so much time back in the day we walked our farm handed out our refer magnets etc etc  was a great way to get listings.. but today not so much.. door knocking for distressed works thats how i bought all my pre foreclosures back in the 2000s we never bother with anything but door knock.
