I have known an IRA investment strategy where people borrow  ( versus withdraw were u r faced with the penalty for early withdrawl and tax consequences) from their IRA or 401K and buy a  rental property and any cash flow ( as income) is ingested back into the IRA /401K as long as the cashflow is higher than the payback on the money borrowed  or they burrow bulk of their IRA/401k fund and do a flip and payback their borrowed amount.

My (non expert) understanding:Physically, lead paint is hazardous to children if they ingest or inhale it.
