There are neighborhoods across the US where you can take these vintage properties, undertake complete renovations with all new mechanicals, roof etc. and come away with a properties  that costs far less than building the identical building with todays costs.

I also tried calling their support line for listings, but no one answered.To investigate further, I re-listed the property with identical information but without paying for the premium $29.99 option.

Support didn't respond back to me until two business days later and then they asked to me provide some info to verify my identity (which I had already provided on the 25th) so I provided the info again.

Or just leave it Alone because at this point and time, the tenants have completely abandoned and ignored all sources of communication and are guilty of fraud because of Lack of evidence of hardship for nonpayment due to COVID-19 and have FAILED with cooperation to the Landlord as required by the moratorium.
