There is a Monday night meeting every week at the Hibachi Grill on Park and 49th in Pinellas Park.

If the guy is a chef and has worked at several different reastaursnts I don't hold that against him.

But there are some big moves coming into the city (medical mart / convention center, aquarium by a private investor, guy from iron chef just opened up a shop) and the house is a few houses down from the house on the movie "A Christmas Story".

I'm hesitant to touch that kitchen, as some potential buyers have expressed interest in it (a professional chef thought about using the first floor as a small cooking school and living on the top two floors).

factor for your particular house, Would it be views, landscaping, entertainment features, a chef's kitchen, guest quarters etc etc, What would make a buyer feel you built that house just for them?
