The color we use is called Shoji White and it is maybe a hair darker than an antique white - enough color on the wall that white trim pops against it but light enough that it hides wall defects and touch ups are simple.

A portfolio sale would likely require a hair cut on price.

I find it hard to believe the IRS is interested in splitting this “hair” in a punitive way, as a new business entity starting out.

I feel like giving the listing agent's a hair more may be the best of both worlds, but that's the most plain sighted answer. 

For example, hairs in the bathroom, bedroom and even on the bed sheets.
