I have access to others of like mind that can help me put syndicates together to purchase larger apartments.Outside of real estate, I'm busy as a CFO to a large dental practice that my husband owns that brings in capital for us to invest in RE... and I love taking care of my girls that are 16, 13, and 9 and teaching them all about passive income investing via RE.

Something for you to ponder especially if you believe my prediction on the results of such a poll.  

There is reason to have some of the larger properties particularly near the wineries for bachelorettes, girls weekends, and such, and it isn't really being done.

The offers I am making are with margins that I would not have pondered 2.5 years ago.  

Furthermore I would encourage you to ponder what type of investor you want to be. 

Anyways, I am a single mom of a 2.5 year old little girl, and at the age of 32 have finally gotten to a place where my financials are in order (I graduated from college a bit later in life after teaching acting and producing plays throughout my 20s!).

Im always pondering if I give my kids so much that they will be lazy, entitled or soft.
