Something like that could have easily shaken you into uncertainty if you hadn't had the foresight of preserving those futuure deals.

Hey Ryan, I ended up using my VA loan on a duplex here in Austin, but I wish I'd had the foresight to go straight into a fourplex like you're doing.

Please also include the foresight needed and the legwork done that led to you to believe strongly that the market was turnaround that you were willing to invest in it.
