Hi, I'm currently active duty military and am looking to connect with any Texas investors, agents, and lenders. I will be separating and moving to Texas within the next year so I'd like to connect with anyone who may know the best areas to invest for house hacking and multi family deals (preferably 4 units). I have been analyzing deals in Austin and Houston but would like to know if there are any specific areas I should look into for the best cash flow/appreciation?

Hey Ryan! I’d love to connect and chat about investing, house hacking, and where to cash flow/appreciate!
