Now you got doors all messed up, maintenance guy goes out, pitbull chews on him, so he clubs it with a pipewrench. now tenant is in tears saying poor fluffy is dead, calls Jessie Jackson, now you got people picketing your property calling you a evil fluffy killing landlord....... 

Personally, I think BP is the best place to be- it has more information and no sales/fluff. I

I was really surprised by just how much fluff is added when using their services and ended up doing the work myself (took 10 minutes to fill out the forms and mail them).

@Tracy MungerHi Tracy,If you're going to poison the mice make sure you tell your tenants about this ahead of time, the day of, and while it's happening--because if Fido the Dog or Fluffy the cat eats a poisoned mouse or chews up a poison box you will have some very unhappy tenants.They make poison boxes that contain the demised mouse vs letting it run around until it collapses--think about asking about something like that, and let the tenants know what it looks like and not to touch them or move them.Good Luck!
