I do understand that not partnering pushes back your timeline substantially...I'm in the slow and steady wins the race and stay small, own it all camp, though. 

It's a challenging market but I say if you can pay less then you currently are renting then it's a win.

Does that sound like a winning strategy to you?

Buy in markets where you can hope to breakeven on cash flow and win on appreciation. 

Hard not to see that as a win-win.Min stay automation is also a powerful feature that I think is untapped by many. 

Even if it not in your lease you can still negotiate a win/win solution.
