I, personally, have this quest to conquer everything and anything in life.

Its more about our internal business and how we are pivoting.. so we give some investors some ideas of what else there is to do So basically its what's next for the investor after you conquer the rental game . 

It will leave you mentally jack, ready to conquer the world.

It sounds like you conquered the first step in real estate which is figuring out how much time you have to offer to your new business.

However, the fact of the matter is that you came, you saw and you conquered this wildly project.Yes, it's a lesson to all REIers....new, seasoned, young or old.I am happy to know that you and your family are enjoying the fruits of your labor.Now, you can basically utilize your house as an ATM and withdraw cash to fund your next flip or buy and hold initiative.This is a good story to tell and was worth reading.Good luck with your future endeavors.BTW, it would be great to see those before and after photos if you have them.

The only way to truly conquer it is to filter your list down to the properties of interest to about 10 weekly or even daily.  

Does anyone have a recipe to conquer fear, my area have some fosale sign in front of their houses, should I just walk in, and start negotiating, or do I call the estate agent and ask for about the property .
