Allot of investors combat this situation by getting low income tax credits, but they are very difficult to get.My experience is that when a lease expires they typically renew because the government is paying for most of their rent.

Most people at 19 don't have those.You can combat that by doing one simple thing: Delivering value to others.When I got started, I had the opposite problem - I was much older than the average person starting out.

As a retired police Commander (30 yrs), I went to Afghanistan embedded with Infantry Brigade Combat Teams (2011 with 45th IBCT, and 2013-2014 with 2nd BCT/101st Airborne) as a consultant on a Dept of Defense contract.

Therapy animals provide people with therapeutic contact, usually in a clinical setting, to improve their physical, social, emotional, and/or cognitive functioning.I would also add one more point that is often misunderstood; with the millions of men & women who experienced combat in the US Military, hundreds of thousands return home with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder).

For entities that exist to preserve the value and lifestyle of a community, HOA's don't seem to give a damn that investors are rescuing an often neglected home with a non-performing account, and turning them into a quality place to live with a HOA fee paying homeowner.Are others around the country seeing these outrageous fees, and is there anything that we can do to combat this?
