Hospitals and cemeteries have great stores of Yin energy.

I dont see anything under 400k tho, that price is gone, my 2 fam was in the 300 range in 2018 and its around 480k ish now. im an agent btw w KW, see my IG > newyourcityrealtor happy to talk. newark is an option, but gonna be rough, just dont go south or cross the cemetery, or maybe West Orange, i just dont think those places will appreciate as much. im also putting in offers in Bayonne, but taxes r a bit high there. even w FHA if ur total is less than 3k a month, u can cashflow ie. its a 6bed 2bath u can rent each floow 1700-1900/m easy even in the roughest areas where mine is

While with NPS I worked on The White House doing stone repair and painting, Congressional Cemetery exhuming General Alexander Macomb (who became Commanding General of the US Army during the War of 1812) due to collapse of his tomb which we later rebuilt, and pretty much any battlefield in the area during my Summer internships.  

I have owned properties right there next to the cemetery on Brown St.

We really like the Blanchard Cemetery neighborhood, as it's close to fort lee and 95.  

Its definitely action around the cemetery on all sides!

My colleague suggested that I tell agents/buyers ahead of time about the cemetery in an effort to not waste time because a cemetery is a major deal breaker for many. 

Spend your education time on something else, like your first deal, spending this time at your stage is like a one year old finding out about afterlife issues and checking out cemeteries.
