I have had this occur with cabinets, flooring and other materials made from overseas that the product testing compared to the in field testing of the product were very different.

I expect the project will be a bit cheaper than the quote because I've been sourcing materials myself which were included in the quote and was able to buy new hardwood flooring on fb marketplace as well as buying nice hardwood cabinets from Habitat Restore that will be refinished instead of buying new plus a few other fun thrifted finds to keep costs down!

The second thing we do is leaved some canned good in the cabinets just in case.The worse case is the same as the first but they lost power.

Think of this loan as a “bridge” that gets the property from where it is at acquisition to where it will be once you’ve changed the name, painted the cabinets gray, installed some subway tile, and renamed it The Judson at WaterChase or what the **** ever.

We've also done all the maintenance and repairs all these years, we put new linoleum in the kitchen, painted the interior, built a new fence/gate, stained all cabinets, much more all without reimbursement as the owner is a tightwad and had never wanted to pay for upgrades.
