Rental Home Rehab

I'm a first-time investor and my rental property needs a new kitchen and new flooring. It is about 1300 sq ft, I'm leaning towards LVP throughout and a pretty standard kitchen update-white cabinets, granite or quartz counter tops. Does anyone have opinions or suggestions for flooring color or type that they have used before and love for their rentals? Or suggestions for cabinets they use in their rentals that are durable for a rental? I really appreciate any input or suggestions before I pull the trigger on these large expenses. Thank you!
